## Description

Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for GOODS AND SERVICES (Radio Communication System Replacement (including installation and programming services)) as per the attached Request For Quotation (RFQ). Pricing shall be submitted in the format and for the quantities indicated in the RFQ. The solicitation number is [19MX5324Q0026] and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-01.

Services to be acquired: Radio Communication System Replacement (including installation and programming services) as described in the attached RFQ. Services shall be performed in the location indicated in the RFQ. Work shall start no later than May 31, 2024 (once items are received) after contract award. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Offeror shall provide complete information of the item(s) being quoted in conformance with the requirements stated in the scope of work, such as descriptive literature, owner’s manual, maintenance procedures, technical datasheets, as applicable. Items shall comply with the minimum quality standards of the industry and any other quality standards as stated in the scope of work.

Items shall include minimum warranty standards as stated in the industry and any other warranties as required in the scope of work. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
