The Embassy of the United States in Muscat Oman will launch the solicitation on the System for Award Management) Database www.sam.gov and on the embassy website when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for a base period of 12 months and four one-year optional periods of performance, if exercised by the Government. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) type contract with Economic Price Adjustment. All qualified responsible sources must submit a proposal to be given consideration. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is qualified, responsible and submits the best offer. Only electronic offers or proposals will be accepted.
