The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at our offices in Rogers House in Port Louis CBD. This conference will provide an overview of the proposal submission requirements and provide an opportunity for prospective offerors to ask questions. The pre-proposal conference will be held on Feb 10, 2025 at 10.00 (local time) at the US Embassy, 4th Floor, Rogers House, Port Louis. Prospective offerors should contact the Procurement Office: Portlouis_Procurement@state.gov no later than February 6, 2025 for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Proposals are due by February 20, 2025, by 16:00. Absolutely no proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be submitted in English. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
