The Embassy of the United States in Morocco will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation will be for warehouse support services for the U.S. Mission to Morocco. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable lowest price offer. We are using procedures outlined in FAR Part 15. We intend to award the contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions if deemed to be in the interest of the United State government with companies in the competitive range. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and site visits and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given.
