Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes. Personnel. The Contractor shall provide a qualified work force meeting the contract requirements, including sufficient laborers to carry out the tasks. The workforce shall be able to provide the services identified in Section C.2. There contractor will provide twelve (12) laborers each day. The workers are paid by the contractor following Moroccan labor law. The contractor is responsible to issue safety clothes and shoes to its employees, and each employee shall have a uniforms that identifies them as a member of the contractors workforce.
