## Description

The U.S. Embassy Riga receives unclassified and classified pouch items at Riga airport to include receiving/transporting/handling shipments. These shipments are vital to Embassy operations. We estimate the value for the entire period of performance is $25,000 including options. The services required are available from only one responsible source. Airport contractors are vetted and approved by the airport, then the airport and the flight operator decide which company will do the service. The Embassy does not have the possibility to choose the company. The Contracting Officer has determined that the price to the Government is fair and reasonable.
