## Description

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for Health Insurance Services for an estimated 150 local employees and approximately 220 eligible family members of the U.S. Embassy Riga. The Embassy encourages prospective offerors to offer off-the-shelf plans that meet at least the minimum benefit levels required in this solicitation. The Contractor shall possess all permits, licenses, and any other appointments required for the prosecution of work under this contract.
