All instruction shall also include job relevant language terminology. Group instruction should range from eight (8) to seventeen (17) students per hour. Class shall be in-person scheduled from Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm at the U.S. Embassy, Thadeua Road, Kilometer 9, Vientiane Lao PDR. Instructional hours will total between five (5) and twenty (20) hours per week. The period of performance is from August 01, 2024 to July 31, 2028. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Vientiane, Laos will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
