## Description

The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to:

a. Confirm by certification that contractor is not in violation with Executive Order 14173 Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity; and b. Incorporate the provision Certification Regarding Compliance with applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws in Section 2 Contract Clauses of the solicitation. Offerors must complete the attached certification statement, signed and dated, to be returned along with the proposal.

The Embassy of the United States of America has a requirement for its Primary contract for VNET (min.80Mbps), DIN (min.80Mbps), DTSPO (min.80Mbps) Internet Services, and Circuitry for the U.S. Embassy of Monrovia, Republic of Liberia. The Contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services. The price quoted shall include all labor, materials, overhead, and profit.
