## Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. Please see the Solicitation once issued. The Embassy of the United States of America has a requirement for its primary contract for VNET (min.80Mbps), DIN (min.80Mbps), DTSPO (min.80Mbps) Internet Services, and Circuitry for the U.S. Embassy Monrovia, Republic of Liberia. The Contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services.

The price quoted shall include all labor, materials, overhead, and profit. The Government also intends to award a back-up (Secondary) contract for the Internet Services at Post. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
