The Embassy of the United States in Pristina will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The U.S. Embassy in Pristina anticipates issuing a solicitation for Cell Phone Services in support of its operations. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The solicitation is expected to be issued on November 2nd 2026, as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number 19KV4227Q0001. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
