## Description

The U.S. Embassy in Kuwait has a requirement to obtain an urgent services from Al Adwani Law Firm This justification supports the award of a new Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Attorney Services for Real Estate Transactions to Al Adwani Law Firm under a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR 12.102(a) The total estimated cost of this acquisition shall not exceed $75,000.00. The contract will be established for one year and will provide legal services on an as-needed basis through task orders issued by the Contracting Officer, per the Statement of Work outlined in the IDIQ contract.

**Description of Legal Services Required:** The U.S. Embassy Kuwait requires legal services in connection with the acquisition of real estate property for the OBO and FM Buffer Zone Project. These services include but are not limited to:
