## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to:

I. Please refer to Enclosure B, question/answer #5, which updates paragraph 1.3.6.2, "U.S. Independence Day Event," from the released solicitation. ii. Post meeting minutes from the pre-proposal as Enclosure A in SAM.gov iii. Post questions and answers related to solicitation #19KU2025R0002 as Enclosure B on SAM.gov Please Submit your proposal electronically by email to Kuwait_Solicitation@state.gov. Proposals are due by February 06, 2025, at 10:00 am Kuwait local time.
