Delete the paragraph pertaining the “Federal anti-discrimination laws in accordance with Acquisition Alert 25-07 found in page 47 in section “J” of the released RFP in its entirety, and incorporate the following provision clauses language in Section “G”: “Certification Regarding Compliance with applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws” 2.
