## Description

The American Embassy Kuwait has completed its analysis of the quotations submitted in response to the subject solicitation. For your information, we provide you with the following data: In addition to sending the Request for Quotation (RFQ) to seven firms directly, the U.S. Embassy has also posted the subject RFQ on SAM.gov to invite additional firms to participate in the solicitation. The Government received a total of nine quotations. The contract has been awarded to:

Al Rashed International Travel Co W.L.L. The award covers Travel Management Services for the American Embassy Kuwait. The total price for the basic period from December 1, 2024, to November 30, 2025 is 11,575 KWD. The total contract price, including the base and all options is 46,300 KWD.
