Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements. An Offeror is required to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov when submitting an offer or quotation more than $30,000 and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, purchase order and blanket purchase agreement resulting from this solicitation.
