## Description

U.S. Embassy Bishkek 8/27/2024 171, Prospect Mira Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan 720016 SUBJECT: Solicitation #19KG1024Q0020, Delivery and Installation of Generators with Automatic Transfer Switches; and Manufacturing and Installation of Deployable Sheds. This construction effort is estimated to cost between $25,000 and $100,000 and needs to be completed within 90 days after contract award. The Scope of Work does not require from an offeror to quote generator costs. All 3(three) generators will be provided by the Embassy.

The work requirement is solely for services: Delivery and Installation of Generators with Automatic Transfer Switches; and Manufacturing and Installation of Deployable Sheds. All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the required work.

Offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their bid: Be able to understand written and spoken English; Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing; Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work; Have all licenses and permits required by local law, or an option to obtain them; Meet all insurance requirements; Have no adverse criminal record; Have no political or business affiliation, which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States; Have good past performance records.

The pre-bid survey is scheduled for September 4, 2024, at 14:00 GMT+6. All firm representatives that are interested in participating in the survey must notify Procurement Office at BishkekGSOProcurement@state.gov on or before September 3, 2024 GMT+6.
