The U.S. Embassy Bishkek provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Quote (RFQ) for: Mobile Phone Services, U.S. Embassy Bishkek The U.S. Embassy Bishkek intends to issue an RFQ and award a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) service contract during calendar year 2024. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. The requirement is to provide cell phone services and SIM cards for official purposes to U.S. Embassy Bishkek. The contractor shall provide complete cell phone services for local and international use, including mobile cellular voice, text, roaming and data services including data roaming. The successful contractor shall have proof of past performance, technical expertise, and experience to that meets requirements of this contract. Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform work in Kyrgyzstan. This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
