## Description

The U.S. Embassy Nairobi requires in-person professional services to design and deliver the 2026 Employability Summit: Kenya Tech Frontiers – Pathways for a Virtual Workforce across five U.S. government–affiliated American Spaces.

**Program Purpose:** Prepare 100 Kenyan youth (ages 18–35) to serve as a U.S.-ready virtual workforce and as reliable partners for U.S. trade and outsourcing opportunities. Establish documented business linkages with American companies through networking and facilitated engagements. Reinforce America First policy directives by ensuring outcomes deliver measurable benefits to the United States. Position American Spaces in Kenya as the visible hubs for U.S. innovation, skills training, and entrepreneurship.
