The Government intends to establish a single indefinite quantity contract that includes a one-year base year plus four (4) 12-month options, resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered utilizing FAR Part12 and 15. The Government may engage in discussions with offerors and will evaluate proposals based on a best-value trade-off approach, considering technical factors, past performance, additional benefits, and price. The Government reserves the right to determine a competitive range, conduct negotiations, and request final proposal revisions as necessary to achieve the best value for the Government.
