The Contractor shall also provide further evaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS based on concerns and input provided to the Contractor by the Facility Manager (FM) and Facility Maintenance Staff (FMS). These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when the work is completed.
