## Description

The Contractor shall provide medical physician services for the U.S. Embassy Zagreb. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes. The price listed shall include all labor, insurance, overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for services that have been satisfactorily performed.
