## Description

**Amendment 0001:** The purpose of this 0001 Amendment is to extend the offers due date from September 16, 2025, to September 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (local time).

The American Embassy in Tegucigalpa has a requirement for Messaging Campaign Development. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price type contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
