The firm-fixed price shall include the electronic GIS files, pre-delivery inspection, certificates of origin, operator’s manuals, warranty certificates and any other documentation mandated by the destination country. All manuals shall be furnished in Spanish. All open-source software products must be updated to the latest stable version, and geographic information databases will be evaluated based on the quantity, quality, and updating status of the information contained.
