## Description

The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will issue a solicitation for Main Internet Circuit Services. The Contractor shall provide the services including all pathways, conductors, equipment, labor, materials and installation to provide fiber internet circuit services distribution. The Contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services in a safe, reliable and efficient operating condition.

All work shall be accomplished in a manner which conforms to the intent of all applicable IBC, NFPA/NEC, U.S. EPA, and DOS policy, procedures, and directives. The Contractor shall include in its proposal a completed C-SCRM Questionnaire and C-SCRM Software Producer Attestation Form, which shall be completed in accordance with the instructions included in the solicitation package. Failure to follow the instructions may result in rejection of the proposal.

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will launch the solicitation on www.SAM.gov, website when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals/proposals. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
