## Description

The U.S. Embassy – Guatemala requires the acquisition of bulk electrical materials for fan installations. The contractor shall provide all required labor, personnel, management, and equipment to deliver the required materials. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.

Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Electronic submission/responses: Only electronic offers will be accepted. Please email your offer to GuatemalaBids@state.gov prior to the afoementioned response date and time.
