## Description

3-Day Facilitator Training based on Action Learning principles. • Participants: Approximately 17-20 staff members, including senior technical advisors, management, and administrative team members. • Duration: Three full days (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) • Preferred Timing: 1st half of October (specific dates to be determined). • Language: English. • Format: Off-site, in-person training. • Training Venue will be provided by CDC Office Training Objectives: - Equip participants with practical tools to facilitate action learning and lead collaborative discussions within various settings - Strengthen leadership and facilitation skills to support effective problem-solving across diverse technical and operational contexts. - Enhance capabilities in program and partnership coordination within multi-country public health initiatives.
