Please see attached pdf "19GE5025R0039 A0001 Naples Janitorial QAs9" The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the United States Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany, would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for the Janitorial Services at the US Consulate General Naples, Italy on behalf of the Facilities Management Office at the US Consulate General Naples, Italy. This solicitation may result in issuance of a firm fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. All documents and discussions pertaining to the subject solicitation will be in the English language. Any translations, if necessary, desired by the offerors must be made at their own expense. If you intend to submit a proposal for the subject requirement, you should thoroughly examine the enclosed contract solicitation document. The Government will conduct an organized site visit of the project site in Naples, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 10:00 hours local time. The companies that have received a solicitation package are encouraged to attend. Registration is essential should you wish to participate in the site visit. Attendance is limited to two (2) per company. Attendees shall arrive for the site visit 20 minutes prior to the appointed time.
