The proposed services are for primarily daily services, such as cleaning all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators and stairways to be performed every working day. Other services shall be in accordance with bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual schedules described within the Statement of Work (SOW). The successful contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish janitorial services within the real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government. The facility’s total area is approximately 6,000 square meters (sqm). The solicitation may result in an award of a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ Type Contract for one base year plus four (4) separate option years beginning in the second quarter of calendar year 2025. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued in February 2025 and the solicitation package will be posted on www.sam.gov with solicitation number 19GE5025R0039. Contractors shall be required to provide: a. A thorough description as to what steps you have taken to investigate all requirements to obtain authorization to perform in the given country, b. Details of your findings and a description of what your organization will be required to undertake to obtain licensing, and c. Specific information concerning the period of time you anticipate it will take to obtain appropriate authorization. Please see attached pdf \"19GE5025R0039 A0001 Naples Janitorial QAs9\" The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the United States Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany, would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for the Janitorial Services at the US Consulate General Naples, Italy on behalf of the Facilities Management Office at the US Consulate General Naples, Italy. This solicitation may result in issuance of a firm fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. All documents and discussions pertaining to the subject solicitation will be in the English language. Any translations, if necessary, desired by the offerors must be made at their own expense. If you intend to submit a proposal for the subject requirement, you should thoroughly examine the enclosed contract solicitation document. The Government will conduct an organized site visit of the project site in Naples, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 10:00 hours local time. The companies that have received a solicitation package are encouraged to attend. Registration is essential should you wish to participate in the site visit. Attendance is limited to two (2) per company. Attendees shall arrive for the site visit 20 minutes prior to the appointed time.
