The successful offeror shall provide complete architect and construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the design, management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The United States Department of State (DOS) Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) requires engineering and construction services for the Renovation and Enlargement of the Veterinary Clinic for the “Unidad Canina Nacional Quito” (UNAC Quito). The overall intent of the contractual effort for this project is to build an extension and make improvements and enlarge the area of the existing Veterinary Clinic of the UNAC Quito that is located in Quito, province of Pichincha, Ecuador. Short project scope description: The work under this contract will include but not limited to construction of structure for new area, works on existing walls and construction of new walls, floors finishes, construction of roofs and ceilings, installation and renovation of doors and windows, hydraulic and sanitary systems, construction of the electric, electronic and special systems.
