## Description

The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for services for janitorial services for the U.S. Embassy Oslo, Norway. This solicitation may result in issuance of a firm fixed-price service contract. An organized Pre-Proposal Conference to discuss the major aspects of the project and the formalities needed to submit pricing and technical proposals will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 10:00 hours local time.

Following the Pre-Proposal Conference, the government will conduct an organized Site Visit of the project site on , May 2 , 2024, at 12:00 hours local time at the U.S. Embassy Oslo, Norway. All prospective offerors are invited to attend and shall bring a copy of the solicitation document to the site visit. Please refer to Section III for registration details and related information. All costs associated with participating in the site visit shall be borne solely by the offeror.
