## Description

The successful contractor shall provide building management and security monitoring of a U.S. Government owned building in Bratislava, Slovakia, which is currently unoccupied. The Contractor shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the building’s BAS and shall also include, but not limited to, the servicing of the building’s elevator, the electronic fire signaling (EPS) system, the electronic security system, the security camaras, and the HVAC system.

Additionally, the Contractor shall provide 24/7 monitoring of the building’s security cameras and the building’s fire detection system. The Contractor shall also perform periodic monitoring of the building’s perimeter. A site visit will occur on Thursday, February 22nd, 2024. See the RFP for details.
