## Description

The Request for Quote (RFQ) may result in the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order/contract in the third quarter of calendar year 2024. The successful offeror shall provide complete design and construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe.

All required design works and construction services shall be performed including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services required to complete the repair and paint of the façade of a cultural heritage building. This repair will include sealing small cracks in the existing plaster layer, clearing old, damaged paint in places, plastering a small section of the wall and cornices, painting the facade, decorative elements, windows, doors, and plinth in the existing color. The estimated total façade area is 22,087 square feet and door and window openings approximately 3,197 square feet. The location of the work site is Moscow, Russia.
