## Description

The U.S. Embassy in Libreville has a requirement for the purchase of one non-tactical vehicle. Please note that this is a this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. See attached documentation for more details. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database SAM.gov | Home at the time of quote submission.
