The Embassy of the United States in Gabon will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain French Language training services for the U.S. Government at Libreville. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. It also includes an option to extend for an additional six months, per FAR 52.217-8. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with economic price adjustment. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-proposal conference will be held January 16, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at the US Embassy Libreville. Quotations are due by Wednesday February 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (local time). No quotations will be accepted after this time.
