The project will consist to: • Remove the existing manual sliding gate. • Create a “U” entrance to allow light of sight while exiting the compound as well as providing a safe stop point while getting in the compound. • Demolish 6 m of the existing perimeter wall. • Build 16m of new perimeter wall matching the existing. • Provide an automatic sliding gate to be operated through an inner/outer keypad. • Extend the road by the main entrance and next to townhouse#1 unit#3 to allow proper access to the compound as well as townhouse#1 apartments and parking. • Relocate water lines and electrical cables as needed and coordinate any technical security relocation with Post RSO section. Date quotation-proposal needed by: September 10th 2024 A pre-award conference will be held on August 26st 2024.
