## Description

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for the maintenance of the automatic doors, barriers and bollards of the US Mission in Paris. The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract for one base year and two one-year options, with an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) portion for unscheduled corrective maintenance. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
