## Description

This a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Network Security Solutions for the San Salvador International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA). The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the qualified responsible offeror representing best value using the tradeoff source selection process authorized under FAR 15.103-1.

The solicitation will specify whether all evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than, approximately equal to, or significantly less important than cost or price. A tradeoff process is appropriate when it may be in the best interest of the Government to consider award to other than the lowest priced offeror or other than the highest technically rated offeror. Trade-off process is NOT a low price, technically acceptable (LPTA).
