The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we shall hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference on U.S. Embassy on February 13, 2025, at 13:30pm, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend. To arrange access to the building, offerors should submit their name and identification number by email at least 48-hours prior to the conference date to QuitoContracts@state.gov. See Section L of the attached Request for Proposals (RFP).
