Please see the RFP for the proposal due date and time. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion; however, the Government may hold discussions with offerors if it is in the best interest to the Government. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract. The Government is planning a site visit and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. Notwithstanding FAR 4.203-1(b)(5), the Contracting Officer requires offerors to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov when submitting an offer.
