The Contractor’s proposal shall include a detailed cost breakdown of the recommended services to be performed. The consulate residential pool is located in Vía a la Costa in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Work shall be completed in less than thirty (30) calendar days. The residences will be occupied during the execution of this contract. Contractor shall coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for work phasing and job sequencing in each stage of this project in a sequential manner. Contractor has to submit a phasing plan for review and approval prior to commencement of wors. The Contractor shall provide all project planning, installation personnel, equipment, materials, tools, and supervision as needed to complete the services that meet the requirements. The Contractor shall be required to prepare and submit, before the related work commences, product specifications, drawings, project schedule in Gantt format, quality management plan, project safety plan, activity hazard analysis, hot work permit and work costs. All documents must be in English and Spanish, in PDF format and must be sent via email to the COR. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 1. SF-1449. 2. Individual pricing per location. 3. Proof of SAM Registration. SAM REGISTRATION Pursuant to FAR 4.1102, bidders are required to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) at the time a quotation is submitted.
