## Description

In accordance with FAR 5.705(b), this contract action was awarded as a fixed-unit-price IDIQ contract using full and open competition and comparative evaluation procedures under FAR 13. The award was made to the responsible contractor whose quotation conformed to the solicitation and represented the best value to the Government, considering price and other factors. The contract includes a one-year base period with two (2) 12-month option periods. Offers that did not meet the basic eligibility standards were not considered further in the evaluation process.
