## Description

Architect/Engineer services are needed for the renovation of a residential property located in Archangelos, Nicosia. The renovation will include design, construction drawing preparation and oversight services. Prior to the renovation of the residence the A&E shall conduct a structural analysis of the property. Upon receipt of the structural analysis, the US Embassy will determine if the renovation project is to proceed. The estimated construction costs are between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Firms responding to this announcement on or before closing date will be considered for selection using the following evaluation criteria in descending order of importance: Relevant, professional qualifications of the firm in the type of work required for projects having a construction value of at least $900,000 in the past three years; Specialized experience and technical competence in this type of work required; Demonstrated success on similar projects in terms of quality of work and compliance with performance schedules, cost/schedule controls and program/project management techniques.

Although previous or ongoing performance of a similar U.S. Government contract is not required for firms responding to this solicitation, if such contracts have been performed, the offeror must have performed at a satisfactory level; Personnel capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; Knowledge of locality of project; and, Licensed, as required by local law. The Embassy will select for negotiation the licensed firm that demonstrates the best qualifications.
