\nThe requirement is for mobile telephone services. The U.S. Embassy is using 500 lines for
\nofficial purposes. The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for the U.S.
\nEmbassy of Yaounde, Cameroon. Services provided shall include:
\nCalls within Cameroon
\nInternational Calls
\nInternational Roaming
\nWireless Application Protocol (WAP)
\nSMS Messaging
\nVoice Mail
\n24-hour Customer Service
\nDetailed Billing of Calls Made
\nData Services
\nAll responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
\nGovernment may award the contract based on the initial offers without discussion. The resultant
\ncontract will be a firm fixed price. The Government may award the contract based on the initial
\noffers without discussion.
\nThe anticipated performance is for one base period of twelve months and four one-year option
\nperiods, at the option of the Government. The option to exercise these option years is unilateral
\ndecision by the U.S. Embassy.
\nProspective offerors must be able to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements for
\noperating in Cameroon including Telecommunication Regulatory Agency of Cameroon.
\nThe Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in
\nthe solicitation.
\nThe solicitation (SF1449), all attachments, and all amendments will be published for viewing and
\nprinting from the beta.sam.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the
\nbeta.sam.gov website for the solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation.
\nThe response date in this synopsis is not firm; please see the Request for Proposal for the actual
