The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The contract type will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery under which the Government will place firm fixed-price delivery orders. The Embassy intends to issue orders for approximately 550 phone lines.
