## Description

The United States Consulate General Toronto has a requirement of getting armored vehicle cash pick up services.The Contractor shall provide armed escort and armored vehicle services to receive funds from US Consulate General Toronto (360 University Avenue, Toronto ON M5G 1S4) Class B Cashier for deposit in Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) (443 University Avenue, Toronto M5G 2H6).

Funds will be counted by Class B Cashier and will be placed in a secure, lockable courier bag and handed to the contractor at US Consulate Toronto premises. Contractor will sign the receipt (3 copies) of funds in the registry book at the US Consulate Toronto at the time of pick-up. At the point of drop-off, funds will be handed to RBC employee together with the signed receipt. The funds will be counted and deposited by RBC employee to the USDO account.

The Contractor shall be certified and licensed by the host government to perform these duties. The contractor shall provide an armored vehicle with a minimum of one armed escort, and a driver.

The Contractor shall provide all managerial, administrative, direct labor personnel, communication equipment, all operating expenses (i.e., fuel, oil, etc.) including all servicing, insurance of such vehicles that are necessary to accomplish all work required by this contract, and liability insurance for any loss of protected funds. Regional Security Office / Local Guard Force (LGF) will keep an eye on the armored vehicle and the armed escort, and the guards will be monitoring via the cameras.
