Prospective offerors/quoters should contact at TorontoProcurement@state.gov by 12:00 pm on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Any questions by the vendors after site visit will be accepted until 4:00 pm EST on Thursday, February 19, 2026 and answers will be provided by 4:00 pm EST on Thursday, February 26, 2026. Quotations are due by Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 04:00 pm EST. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. It is important to make sure the submission is made in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10MB.
