## Description

DCMR Masterbathroom and closet remodeling: The project requires an interior renovation service by a general contractor– hereafter referred to as the “Contractor” - for the Master Bathroom and Closet as per the Bureau of Overseas of Building Operations (OBO) accessibility standards per the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) for the accessibility of the U.S. Embassy Bujumbura residential Buiding. The work includes providing all labor, equipment, materials, and tools for the renovation of the interior Master Bedroom, Bathroom and Closet with all fixtures and details indicated. All other materials, water and electricity as descripbe in the scope of work will be supplied by the U.S Embassy bujumbura..
