## Description

The contractor shall design and implement a research study to evaluate the BRITE Program alumni network in Brazil. Services include developing and applying a research methodology, conducting surveys and/or focus groups with alumni, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and producing a final analytical report with findings and recommendations. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, facilities, and management necessary to carry out the study, with all deliverables prepared exclusively for the U.S. Embassy in Brazil.
