## Description

The Embassy of the United States in Brasilia, Brazil has a requirement for fuel cards and fuel cards management services contract. The anticipated performance period is for one (1) base year, with four (4) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) all contractors must to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to proposal submission. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to complete the registration process prior to submitting proposals.

Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time. The purpose of this indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract is to provide fuel cards and cards management services for the U.S. Embassy Brasilia, Brazil in accordance with the specifications and terms set forth herein.

The Contractor shall furnish services for the management of the fuel card program to the U.S. Embassy Brasilia in Brazil, GSO Motor pool section in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and the U.S. Embassy internal policy.
